Charles J D'Hemecourt Charles (Chuck) d’Hemecourt (CJD Electric Company, LLC) has been in the Electrical Contracting business for over 30 years doing design, estimating and project management for turn-key power and control design/build systems in the commercial and light industrial manufacturing markets.  In the past five years, his business has expanded to include Renewable Energy Systems, more specifically, Solar PV and Wind.  He designs and installs Grid-Tied PV Systems, Grid-Tied with Battery Backup PV Systems, Stand Alone (Off-Grid) PV Systems and Hybrid Systems using Solar PV and Wind for Residential and Commercial applications.  He holds a current Texas Master Electrician’s License, Texas Electrical Contractor’s License and a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer’s Certificate.

Mitchel C. Bell, BSc Mitchel Bell owns and operates Hill Country Solar and is involved in every aspect of each solar project.  Solar projects benefit from his professional solar system design and construction experience, professional project management skills, and specialized training in solar PV design and installation. His objective is to deliver a solar energy system that best fits your needs. As a solar contractor, I handle the pre-approval application process for utility interconnection with your electric company and associated solar rebate applications.
